The race.
Smiles Ahead 5K takes place on September 12, 2026, in Highland, Utah, benefiting the Utah Smiles Foundation to support children with cleft lips, cleft palates, and craniofacial conditions. The event offers a 5K race and 1K fun run. Both events start and finish at Mitchell Hollow Park, with the 5K following an out-and-back course along the Murdock Canal trail. Finishers receive medals and post-race snacks. All proceeds go directly to the foundation for children's surgeries and care.
