Sole Harvest 5K/10K Run & 1 Mile Walk 2026

The race.

The 13th Annual Sole Harvest 5K/10K Run and 1 Mile Walk takes place on October 3, 2026, at Norristown Farm Park in Norristown, PA, with events beginning at 9:00 AM for the 5K and 10K races and 9:05 AM for the 1 Mile Walk. Participants can choose among a 5K run, 10K run, 1 Mile Walk, and virtual options including a 10 Mile Bike Ride, virtual 5K or 1 Mile Walk, and virtual duathlon. All proceeds benefit the Norristown Hospitality Center, which provides services to those experiencing homelessness and poverty. Day-of registration opens at 7:30 AM, with the raffle and award ceremony at 10:10 AM. A $100 cash prize is offered for any new course records. The 5K and 10K courses run through Norristown Farm Park; participants must complete the 5K in 45 minutes to be eligible for the 10K per park rules.
