The race.
The Solidarity Sidekick Series brings its Route 66 campaign to Dwight, Illinois on September 3, 2026, with a 6.6-kilometer run starting and finishing at Ambler's Texaco Station. This stop supports ALS awareness and Enric Casacuberta's run across the Illinois portion of Route 66. All participants receive an official series medal and a Route 66 charm specific to the Dwight stop. Event shirts are available for purchase during registration. Post-run refreshments and community celebration follow the race. Registration proceeds support ALS awareness initiatives.
