SOMA DO Dash: The Phantom 5k 2026

The race.

SOMA DO Dash: The Phantom 5k takes place on October 11, 2026, in East Lansing, Michigan, with both in-person and virtual options. The in-person 5K race starts at 10:00 AM on the Michigan State University campus, with check-in beginning at 9:00 AM at Fee Hall (939 Fee Rd). Virtual participants can complete the 5K anytime between October 11–18. Registration costs $30 and includes a t-shirt (guaranteed if registered by September 27) and finisher medal; pricing increases to $35 from September 28–October 10 and $40 on race day. Proceeds support Hearts for Henrih Alikaj, the Refugee Development Center, the American Heart Association, and MSUCOM's Student Osteopathic Medical Association. Participants receive snacks and raffle entry after the in-person race.
