Baptist Health Paducah presents Spokes for Strokes, a bicycle ride on Saturday, July 11, 2026, benefiting stroke awareness and stroke care services in the community. Four routes depart from Baptist Health Paducah's Imaging Center (near Broadway and Joe Clifton Drive): 65 miles with rolling hills, 35 miles, 20 miles with rolling hills, and 10 miles on flatter terrain, each with SAG support and rest stops. Registration opens at 7 a.m. with the ride beginning at 8 a.m.; helmets are required. Finishers receive t-shirts (included with individual, couple, and family registration options); shirt sizes are distributed first come, first served on race day only. Routes travel through McCracken, Marshall, and Graves counties.
