Spookasaurus (formerly Kooky Not Spooky), An Awesomesauce Event presented by Run Chattanooga 2026

The race.

Run a half marathon, 10K, or 5K on October 24, 2026, in Chattanooga along a flat paved path beside the Tennessee River near Chickamauga Dam and Chattanooga State's campus. All distances have a 4-hour time limit and are open to runners and walkers. Registration includes race entry, race swag, finisher medal, and aid stations with water, Gatorade, Gu, snacks, and post-race food. The course loops past the start/finish area multiple times, allowing participants to access drop bags and address any needs. Flushing toilets and hand-washing facilities are available. Costumes are encouraged but optional; strollers are welcome.
