The race.
Spooky Sprint features multiple distance options held October 10, 2026, in St. Paul, Minnesota. Participants can choose from a 50-meter kids' dash, 1-mile untimed run, 5K, 10K, half marathon, or virtual option. All registered participants receive a custom bib, designer shirt, and finisher medal. The finish line includes treats and free photos. Registration closes at midnight two Thursdays before race day to guarantee shirt fulfillment. Youth ages 12 and under register for the 5K/10K at reduced pricing, and children ages 10 and under may run the kids' dash free without merchandise.
