Sri Chinmoy Thanksgiving Day 5K, 10K & Kids Race 2026

The race.

This Thanksgiving Day race on November 26, 2026, at Flushing Meadows Park in New York features 5K and 10K distances on a USATF-certified, flat loop course. The 5K and 10K start simultaneously at 9:00 AM, with a separate kids race (400 meters or less) at 8:35 AM for children under 13. All finishers receive medals, and the post-race amenities include a pancake breakfast, free race photos, bag check, and aid stations every mile. A portion of proceeds benefits Flushing Meadows Corona Park. Registration fees range from $30.60 to $40.90 depending on registration date, with packet shipping available through November 14 or on-site pickup between 7:30–8:30 AM on race day.
