St. Barnabas Free Care 5K 2026

The race.

St. Barnabas Free Care 5K, held August 1, 2026, in Gibsonia, PA, is a 5K fundraiser benefiting the St. Barnabas Free Care Fund. The USA Track & Field-certified out-and-back course covers 3.1 miles with rolling terrain. Registration costs $30 in advance or $35 on race day. Packet pickup is available Thursday, July 30 from 3–7 p.m. or race morning from 7–8:30 a.m. at St. Barnabas Medical Center. The race features ChampionChip timing and welcomes runners, walkers, joggers, and wheelchair users of all ages. Awards include cash prizes for top three finishers by gender and age groups, plus team and Masters categories. A post-race party on the medical center lawn offers free food, beverages, music, and raffle drawings.
