The race.
The St. Francis Xavier Falcon 5K Run/Walk takes place November 7, 2026, in La Grange Park, Illinois. The 5K starts and finishes on Richmond Avenue between Spring and Waiola. Race bib pickup occurs Friday, October 24, from 2:30 to 6:30 p.m. at St. Francis Xavier School; registered participants receive a race t-shirt and complimentary winter hat. The 5K begins at 8:30 a.m. Saturday with a post-race party from 8:30 to 10 a.m. featuring food and beverages. Age-group awards and medals are distributed around 9:30 or 9:45 a.m. The event supports the St. Francis Food Pantry through cereal and oatmeal donations collected at packet pickup, race day, and the after party.
