About the race
The race.
The St. John Applefest Road Race takes place Saturday, September 19, 2026, in Fenton, Michigan, featuring a 10K, 5K, and 1-mile run on paved roads. The event starts and finishes at St. John Catholic Church, 600 N Adelaide Street. All finishers receive custom dri-fit shirts and medals, with overall and age-group awards presented after the race. Packet pickup is available Thursday, September 17 and Friday, September 18 at St. John Catholic School, or race morning beginning at 7:00 a.m. Participants receive chip timing with live results and free professional race photos. Post-race refreshments and a pancake breakfast follow the awards ceremony.
