Stand Up, Speak Out Labor Day 5K 2026

The race.

The Stand Up, Speak Out Labor Day 5K takes place in Seneca, SC on September 7, 2026, featuring a 5K, 440-yard race, and a Fun Run for ages 12 and under. Proceeds benefit A Call to Action Oconee, a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to ending domestic violence, dating abuse, and bullying through awareness programs, bystander intervention training, and survivor assistance. The certified chip-timed course is an out-and-back route starting on Main Street, passing through neighborhoods and up a slight incline to the turnaround at Seneca Middle School, with a water station before the turnaround. Fun Run participants receive a finisher medal, with optional t-shirts available for $10. Teams of 10 or more receive a $5 per-person discount, with recognition for the largest and fastest teams.
