Stop the Stigma 5K 2026

The race.

Stop the Stigma 5K takes place on Saturday, April 25, 2026, in North Quincy, MA, starting and finishing at The Kennedy Center (440 East Squantum Street). The 5K route runs through the Squantum neighborhood and welcomes runners and walkers, including those with strollers and dogs. Proceeds benefit New Directions Counseling Center, which provides sliding-scale mental health services to insured and uninsured community members. Registration opens January 7 with early-bird pricing of $40 for ages 13 and up and $15 for ages 6–12; children under 6 are free. Race-day registration on April 25 costs $50 for ages 13 and up and $25 for ages 6–12. Participants who register by March 27 receive a race t-shirt.
