S2F emphasizes the connection of spirit, mind, and body and the significant role that movement, community and service plays in healing and recovery. Our belief is that movement is medicine, and the S2F Mindfulness Triathlon spotlights the different movement modalities we utilize daily within the S2F program. The S2F Mindfulness Triathlon event consists of a 1-mile walk/run, yoga, and qigong meditation in celebration of community and wellness for all!
Proceeds raised support our vision of a city where even our most vulnerable neighbors engage in movement, community, and service to improve the quality of life for everyone.
Event Location is the open lawn directly across Full Goods Diner. This event is BYOM, bring your own mat :)
6pm: Check in
6:15pm : Silent Disco warm-up
6:30pm: 1 walk/run
7:05pm : 30-minute trauma conscious, all levels yoga flow, led by Nicole Flanary (Beginner friendly)
7:35pm: Qigong Meditation
7:45pm: Silent Disco
