Description

Kick off Recovery Fest 2026 with the Strides for Recovery 5K Run or 1 Mile Walk – a powerful community event supporting individuals in recovery from addiction and celebrating the solution: health, hope, and wellness.

This event is open to the public and we want your support.

This year’s event includes: ✅ 5K Run ✅ 1 Mile Walk ✅ Kids 1 Mile Run/Walk 🕘 All events start promptly at 9:00 AM and are professionally timed by Eastside Racing Company.

🎶 Enjoy music, water stations, snacks, and smoothie shots before and after the race!

Why Join? Because your presence matters. Strides for Recovery is more than a race – it’s a movement to:

Support people in recovery Promote community collaboration Break the stigma surrounding addiction Whether you run, walk, or cheer from the sidelines – be part of the solution.

Race Options:

5K Run or 1 Mile Walk

All ages and fitness levels welcome!

🎟 Registration :

$15 per participant (Includes T-shirt if registered before deadline and until supplies last)

Free Kids 1 Mile Run/Walk (Ages 12 and under) All participants get a certificate. (No T-shirt Included-Kids T-Shirts can be purchased for additional cost before deadline.)

🏆 Awards & Medals :

Top Overall Male & Female Runner – 1st Place Award

Medals for For Top 3 Finshers per age group

Top 3 Finishers in Each Age Group (M/F):

13-17 | 18–25 | 26–35 | 36–45 | 46–55 | 55+

👦 Kids Awards :

Certificates for all kids who participate!

🎉 After the Race:

Free Smoothie shots from Tropical Smoothie, Pulled Pork Sandwiches from Texas Roadhouse, Snacks, and Water!
