The Sully Freedom Fun Run/Walk takes place on July 4, 2026, in Sully, Iowa, featuring a 1-mile race and a 5K race on tree-lined streets. A free kids race is available for children 8 years and younger. The 1-mile race awards plaques to the overall male and female winners, while the 5K awards plaques to the top 3 male and top 3 female finishers, plus medals to the top 3 finishers in 11 age categories. Participants who register by June 14 are guaranteed a t-shirt; registrations after that date receive t-shirts on a first-come, first-served basis with sizes not guaranteed. Parking is available at Sully Reformed Church on race day.
