Summer Sizzler- Greater Chicago 2026

The race.

The Summer Sizzler in Aurora, Illinois on August 30, 2026 offers distances of 1 mile, 3.1 miles, 6.2 miles, 15K, and a half marathon. All registrants receive a custom bib, designer shirt, and finisher medal; the 1-mile run is untimed. A separate kids' dash for ages 10 and under includes a youth-sized shirt and medal. Chip timing with live results is provided, along with free photos and refreshments at the finish. Virtual race participation is available. Register by midnight on the Thursday two weeks before race day to guarantee your shirt size. Youth pricing for the 3.1-mile and 6.2-mile distances is available for runners 12 and under.
