Summer Sizzler- St Louis 2026

The race.

The Summer Sizzler takes place August 30, 2026, in Maryland Heights, Missouri, featuring distances of 50 meters, 1 mile, 3.1 miles, 6.2 miles, and 9.3 miles, plus virtual race and volunteer options. All registered participants receive a custom bib, designer shirt, and finisher medal; the 1-mile race is untimed. A separate kids' dash for ages 10 and under includes a youth-sized shirt and medal, with free participation available without swag. Chip-timing with live results, free race-day photos, and refreshments are provided at the finish line. Youth pricing applies to the 5K and 10K for participants 12 and under. Registration must close by midnight two Thursdays before race day to guarantee shirt fulfillment. Team registrations qualify for discounts: $5 refund at four team members and an additional $5 at ten team members.
