Summer Sizzler- St. Paul 2026

The race.

The Summer Sizzler takes place August 8, 2026, in Lake Elmo, Minnesota, offering race distances of 50 meters, 1 mile, 3.1 miles, 6.2 miles, and 9.3 miles, plus virtual and volunteer-then-run options. All registered participants receive a custom bib, designer shirt, and finisher medal. The 1-mile race is untimed; a kids' dash for ages 10 and under includes a youth-sized shirt and medal, with free participation available for those declining race swag. Chip-timing with live results, free photos, and refreshments including Kona Ice are provided at the finish line. Youth pricing applies to the 5K and 10K for ages 12 and under. Register by midnight the Thursday two weeks before race day to guarantee your shirt size. Team registration offers $5 refunds per member once four people join a team, with an additional $5 refund when the team reaches ten members.
