BIKE VIRGINIA presents the Sunshine and Spokes Getaway 2026, a three-day cycling event June 26–28 in Shepherdstown, West Virginia, with supported routes exploring the historic region spanning West Virginia and Maryland. Friday features late afternoon registration in Shepherdstown and an optional evening route through the host town. Saturday's fully supported routes include visits to Shepherd University's Tabler Farm, Historic Boonsboro, Antietam Creek Vineyards, and a guided architecture tour of Sharpsburg's historic district, concluding with a post-ride reception and presentation at the Entler Hotel. Sunday's routes visit Harpers Ferry National Historical Park, Harpers Ferry Lower Town, Bolivar Heights Battlefield, and True Treats Historic Candy. All routes include SAG support and Ride w/ GPS navigation with recharge stops.
