Superheroes for Seniors 5K/1K Run/Walk Event 2026

The Superheroes for Seniors 5K/1K Run/Walk Event takes place on September 26, 2026, at Lilburn City Park in Lilburn, Georgia, benefiting Mending The Gap Inc., a nonprofit supporting struggling seniors in the community. Participants can choose between a 5K run/walk (8:00 am start), 1K run/walk (8:15 am start), or free registration for children 6 years and under. Packet pickup begins at 7:00 am with a Zumba warmup at 7:50 am. All participants receive a free t-shirt, and race finishers earn medals by age group (7-9 through 85-99) with trophies awarded to top overall male and female finishers. A superhero costume contest and post-race Zumba session are included, along with goody bags and giveaways.
