About the race
The race.
The Tecumseh Trail Challenge takes place October 17, 2026, in Nashville, Indiana, offering four distances: 8 miles, 13.1 miles, 26.2 miles, and 50K. The start and finish are located at Group Camp at Yellowwood Lake. Finisher medals and age group awards (top three male and female in each age group) are provided, along with on-site custom engravings. Post-race amenities include a mashed potato bar with chicken noodle or vegetarian soup options, a s'mores buffet, a fire pit, and yard games. Festival-style camping is available at the race site for $5 per person, with primitive camping also available one mile south at the Forest Service Office.
