The race.

The Thanksgiving Gobble Trot takes place on November 28, 2026, in Camden, New Jersey, offering 5K and 10K running options. Participants can choose from four wave start times beginning at 7:30 a.m., with coordinators remaining on-site for three hours after the first wave. All paces and ages are welcome, with children under 18 permitted when accompanied by a guardian. Finishers receive a technical running shirt (shipped to their registered address), finisher's medal, towel or giveaway item, digital training pack, and online results certificate. Timing is optional; runners may track themselves using apps or request coordinator assistance, with results submitted online. A virtual run option is available for those unable to attend in person. All participants receive an invitation to join local running clubs and can opt into optional fundraising where $1 per mile logged after the race supports affiliated charities.
