About the race
The race.
THAT5K takes place August 15, 2026, at Washington Township Park in Avon, Indiana. Participants can choose a 5K walk, run, or hike, or join virtually. All proceeds benefit the Brain & Behavior Research Foundation, a nonprofit supporting mental health research. The event honors Tori Cook and aims to raise awareness about mental illness. T-shirts are provided to in-person participants. Virtual participation is available for those unable to attend in person.
