The 4s Races 2026

The race.

The 4s Races is a four-race series benefiting Georgia 4-H, held August 12–16, 2026. Two virtual 4K races (Quafolium 4K and Fourward 4K) can be run anytime between August 12–16, with times submitted by August 17. Two in-person 4K races occur on August 15 at Rock Eagle in Eatonton: the I Hate To Run 4K starts at 7:34 a.m. and the Lucky 4K at 8:24 a.m. Each race costs $12. Runners completing two or more races and registered by July 31 receive a T-shirt; those finishing all four races earn a Clover Medallion. Overall and Master category winners receive a four-leaf clover item. Race day registration opens one hour before the first start. Proceeds support Georgia 4-H scholarships, programs, and youth projects.
