The race.
The Adult Track Meet takes place August 8, 2026, in Flint, Michigan, hosted by Run810: Running Club. The event features track and field competitions including the Bauman's 5000m run (divided into two flights based on pace), sprints and middle-distance runs from 100m to 1500m, hurdles, field events (shot put, discus, long jump, high jump), and relay races. The first flight of the 5000m begins at 10 a.m., field events start at 11 a.m., and the main event begins at 12 p.m. Relays include 4x100m, 4x200m, 4x400m, 4x800m, mixed 4x100m, mixed 4x400m, and a throwers relay. The official event itinerary will be distributed on August 2, 2026.
