About the race
The race.
The Beaver Run takes place September 5, 2026, in Breckenridge, Colorado at approximately 9,600 feet elevation. Runners can register for a 15K (8:00 AM start), 10K (8:04 AM start), 5K (8:08 AM start), or Kid's Fun Run (8:15 AM start). All courses use the paved recreation path system. The 15K has a halfway cutoff time of 9:15 AM. Registered 5K, 10K, and 15K participants receive official race shirts, and all finishers are invited to a post-race barbecue with an awards ceremony at approximately 11:00–11:30 AM. A portion of proceeds benefits Building Hope Summit County.
