The Bull Run (Midland) 2026

The race.

The Bull Run for ALS of Michigan takes place September 20, 2026, in Midland at Emerson Park. Participants can register for a chip-timed 5K run/walk starting at 9:30 a.m. or a free one-mile youth race for children 10 and under beginning at 9:00 a.m. The 5K course covers all three legs of the Tridge before returning to Emerson Park for the finish. All finishers receive a medal; performance t-shirts are available for purchase, with a no-shirt option available. Packet pickup occurs race morning starting at 7:30 a.m. Awards go to overall male and female winners plus top three finishers in age groups spanning 19 and under through 80 and older. Net proceeds benefit ALS of Michigan.
