The 50K and 100K share a common route for the first five miles, with elevation gains of 1,800 feet and 3,786 feet respectively. The 100K serves as the Missouri State Championship race; state championship winners receive a custom jersey and medals, while second and third place finishers in all age groups (10-year increments) and overall categories receive custom hammer medals. All races include aid stations with water, ice, and sports drinks; the 100K passes aid stations twice. Post-race amenities include food, beverages, music, and a raffle.
