The Forge Challenge on July 18, 2026, in Owensboro, Kentucky features a 5,600-meter obstacle course with 10 stations, each followed by a 500-meter run. Participants navigate obstacles including a ski erg, sled push and pull, burpee broad jump, row machine, farmers carry, tire flip, sledge hammer strikes, walking lunges, wall ball toss, echo bike, and overhead carry. Singles waves run from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM with five participants per wave departing every 10 minutes; doubles teams compete from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM with five teams per wave on the same schedule. Awards go to overall male and female singles winners and top two doubles teams. Entry fees for singles are $85 early bird (April 1–30), $95 regular (May 1–July 11), and $105 late (July 12–17); doubles fees are $150, $185, and $200 respectively for the same periods.
