About the race
The race.
The Gauntlet Mud Run takes place August 1, 2026, at Chenoweth Trails in Greenville, OH. The event features a 3.1-mile course with military-inspired obstacles including walls, ropes, and mud crawls. Race waves begin at 10:00 a.m. with starts every 15 minutes; participants should arrive one hour early. A Kids Race for ages 5–12 starts at noon with no additional charge for registered adults. All finishers receive a medal, free drink token, and t-shirt (if registered by July 15). Top finishers in age groups 13–69 earn awards, with the overall winner receiving $100. Event proceeds benefit the Light Foundation. Water stations, bag check, free parking, and a post-race food and beverage area are available.
