The James Anderson Built on Belief 7k and 1 Mile Walk 2026

The race.

The James Anderson Built on Belief 7K and 1-Mile Walk takes place on Sunday, October 18, 2026, in Akron, Ohio at 916 Kenmore Blvd. Participants can register for a 7K run/walk or an untimed 1-mile family walk, with both events starting at 9:00 AM. All finishers receive a medal and short-sleeve t-shirt (sizes XS–3XL), with a $5 discount available for those declining the shirt. Packet pickup runs Saturday, October 17 from 12:00–4:00 PM or Sunday morning at 7:30 AM. Virtual participation is available through October 31. The 7K awards recognize overall winners and age-group winners across eight categories from 14 and under through 70+.
