The Labor Day Slay 2026

The race.

The Labor Day Slay takes place on August 29, 2026, in St. Louis, Missouri, at Queeny Park. Participants can choose from a 5K, 10K, or half marathon distance, with a 10K ruck option also available. The race starts at 7:30 a.m. from Racers Village at the Smith Pavilion, following marked trails through Queeny Park. All finishers receive a custom medal, a Rockinator Racing backpack, and a commemorative T-shirt; top three finishers in each of eight age groups earn additional awards. The course includes an aid station at the 3.25-mile mark, and the first 30 ruckers receive a commemorative patch. Packet pickup runs from 6:15 to 7:15 a.m. on race morning. One hundred percent of proceeds benefit the Rockwoods School District Cross Country program.
