About the race
The race.
The Navy Yard 5K takes place on October 14, 2026, at Central Green in Philadelphia's Navy Yard. Runners and walkers can choose between a 5K or 1-mile distance, with both events remaining free to enter. A Health + Wellness Expo runs starting at 11:30 a.m. featuring local businesses and organizations. All participants receive Navy Yard 5K-branded swag, and the event concludes with awards, music, and refreshments. Bag check service is available during the race. Participants are encouraged to register as part of corporate teams, with a special prize awarded to the largest team.
