The Original Columbus Turkey Trot 2026

The Original Columbus Turkey Trot takes place Thursday, November 26, 2026, in Columbus, Ohio at Shops on Lane Ave (1675 W Lane Ave). The event features multiple distance options: a 100-yard Tot Trot for children under 12 starting at 8:30 am, followed by 2.5-mile and 4-mile courses beginning at 9 am. Participants receive custom long sleeve race shirts and finisher's medals. A virtual option allows runners to complete their chosen distance on their own schedule on Thanksgiving Day, with race packets mailed to virtual participants. Proceeds benefit Easterseals of Central and Southeast Ohio.
