The race.
The Run For Your Life 5K/10K Series concludes with The Last Escape on October 17, 2026, in Fairborn, Ohio. Participants register as either Survivors or Zombies. Survivors run the 5K or 10K course while wearing a flag football belt; Zombies remain in designated infected zones marked on the course and attempt to capture flags from passing runners. All finishers receive a medal. The event is presented by Run Ohio Races LLC.
