The race.
The Sandusky County Jingle Bell Jog takes place on Saturday, December 5, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at Rotary Lodge/Don Miller Park in Fremont, Ohio. The event features a 5K run and walk. Entry requires a donation of an unwrapped toy, non-perishable food item, or personal hygiene product; donations support local organizations including Community Christmas, Toys For Tots, and county food pantries and homeless shelters. Event shirts are available for pre-order at $15, with limited quantities available on race day; shirt proceeds benefit Share and Care and Pontifex. Special awards are given for ugliest Christmas sweater and most festive outfit in youth boy, youth girl, adult male, and adult female categories. Post-race refreshments include coffee, hot chocolate, cookies, and donuts at Rotary Lodge.
