About the race
The race.
The TRON Night Run: Neon Grid 5K & 10K takes place on August 15, 2026, starting at 8:00 PM along the L.A. River Path at 6846 Owensmouth Ave., Canoga Park, CA 91303. Runners can choose from three distances: 5K, 10K, or 13.1 miles, with all distances beginning together at 8:00 PM on a looped nighttime course. Finishers receive custom medals and glow swag, plus access to photo opportunities. A virtual Multiverse option allows runners to complete their chosen distance anytime between August 16–18 and submit proof via any tracking device or app for a finisher's medal. The event is organized by Jed and Ted's Excellent Races.
