Thrive IRC Freedom 5K Run/Walk 2026

The race.

The Thrive IRC Freedom 5K Run/Walk takes place September 26, 2026, at 7:30 AM at Riverside Park in Vero Beach, Florida. The 5K benefits Thrive IRC's substance misuse prevention and recovery services. Packet pickup occurs Friday, September 25, from noon to 4 PM at Thrive IRC headquarters, or race morning from 6:30 to 7:15 AM at Riverside Park. Finishers receive t-shirts (guaranteed for first 250 registrants), and awards are given for top overall male and female finishers, age groups spanning 13 and under through 80+, fastest team, fastest walk time, and top fundraisers. Post-race food and beverages are provided. Registration fees are $35 for individuals and $30 per runner for teams of five or more through September 25.
