The race.
On August 16, 2026, runners can participate in a 5K or 10K starting at 8:00 AM in Long Beach at 5400 E Ocean Blvd. Both distances feature a USATF-certified course with professional chip timing, water stations on course, and overall and age group awards. Finishers receive custom medals and complimentary race photos. The event is dog- and stroller-friendly. A post-race Health is Wealth Expo offers complimentary massage services from Panacea Holistic Institute, live DJ entertainment, and wellness vendors. All proceeds benefit Panacea Holistic Institute.
