The race.
The Tommy Laudani Delone Dash offers 5K and 3K trail run options on August 1, 2026, starting at 8:30 AM at the Marina in Hanover, PA. Packet pickup and day-of registration run from 7:15 to 8:15 AM. Registration costs $30 through July 1 (includes t-shirt and goodie bag) or $35 after that date with no shirt guarantee. Awards include medals for top finishers across multiple age groups in both distances, plus prizes for top 3 overall male and female 5K runners and top male and female runners 12 and under in the 3K. All profits support the A Week Away Foundation, Tommy Laudani A.C.E. Award, Delone Cross Country Fund, and Squire Athletics Fund.
