The race.
The Tough Genes DNA Dash 2026 is a virtual 5K held on December 31, 2026, benefiting Tough Genes, a nonprofit organization supporting research for IRF2BPL-Related Disorder (NEDAMSS). Participants can complete the 3.1-mile distance anytime and anywhere on or before September 26th, 2026, by running, walking, rolling, biking, or hiking. The event welcomes participants from around the world and encourages sharing photos on social media. All registered participants receive a $10 discount code for the Tough Genes store. All proceeds support Tough Genes' mission to advance research and treatment options for ultra-rare genetic disorders.
