Towpath Trail 10K and Half Marathon 2026

The race.

The Towpath Trail 10K and Half Marathon takes place on July 19, 2026, in Grand Rapids, OH, featuring three distances: a 10K, a half marathon (13.1 miles), and a 6.55-mile option. Both courses begin and end at Providence Metropark near the dam, following a crushed gravel and dirt towpath along the Maumee River. Runners pass historic canal locks and a grain mill during the out-and-back route. Registration includes a tee shirt and finisher medal, with a no-shirt option available to direct more funds to charity. Awards are given to overall male and female winners, masters (ages 40–49), and grand masters (ages 50+) in each race distance. Onsite medical support is provided by Mercy Health – Toledo.
