About the race

The race.

The Transplant Trot takes place April 25, 2026, in Simpsonville, SC, at Bridgeway Station. Participants can choose between a 5K race starting at 10:00 a.m. or a 1-mile fun run beginning at 10:05 a.m. Packet pickup starts at 9:00 a.m. All proceeds benefit the Prisma Health Patient Assistance Fund for local transplant patients. Awards go to the top three finishers in male and female overall categories and in 16 age groups ranging from 0–9 through 80+. Participants receive t-shirts with early registration and regular registration before April 1, 2026.
