About the race
The race.
The Beer & BBQ 5K Run/Walk takes place October 3, 2026, in Simpsonville, SC at Bridgeway Station (1000 Via Corso Avenue). The race starts at 6:00 PM with packet pickup beginning one hour prior at the venue. The 5K course is an out-and-back route starting at the Bridgeway Station entrance. A 2-mile option and 400-meter option are also available. Finishers receive barbecue and beverages at the finish line celebration.
