Tri Pike 2026

The race.

Tri Pike 2026 takes place September 5, 2026, in Pikeville, Kentucky, offering sprint-distance triathlon and related formats. The triathlon includes a 300-meter pool swim at the local YMCA, a 20-kilometer bike ride through downtown Pikeville and the Blue Chip Trail, and a 5-kilometer trail run. Additional race options include duathlon (1.6-kilometer run, 20-kilometer bike, 5-kilometer run), aquabike (300-meter swim, 20-kilometer bike), and aquathlon (300-meter swim, 5-kilometer run), plus team relay divisions for coed, female, and male teams. A 5K run is also offered. Packet pickup occurs Friday, September 4, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the race site, and race morning from 6:30 to 7:30 a.m. The event starts at 8 a.m. EST. USA Triathlon one-day licenses and helmets are required. Awards go to first-place male and female finishers overall in each event and must be picked up on race day. Parking is available at the YMCA lot and at the track and tennis court lots.
