About the race
The race.
Tri to Inspire takes place on September 27, 2026, in Santa Rosa, California. Participants choose between two distances: a Mini Sprint with a 100-yard pool swim, 3-mile bike, and 1-mile run, or a Sprint with a 400-yard pool swim, 9-mile bike, and 3.1-mile run. The swim begins at Finley Aquatic Center, followed by biking and running on the Santa Rosa Creek Trail. This untimed event welcomes all ability levels. Every finisher receives a custom medal, swim cap, and goody bag. Race proceeds benefit Inspiration Sports Foundation, a local nonprofit supporting youth sports programs in Sonoma County.
