About the race
The race.
Tri-Warriors Youth Triathlon takes place August 22, 2026, in Pembroke, NC, and is organized by Tri-Warriors Triathlon Club. The event offers two age divisions: ages 6–10 complete a 50-yard pool swim, 3-mile bike ride, and 1-mile run; ages 11–15 complete a 100-yard pool swim, 6-mile bike ride, and 2-mile run. The swim occurs in an on-campus pool where floaties and life vests are permitted. The bike course uses a closed off-campus road with volunteer and police support, and training wheels are allowed for younger participants. The run course, which is flat and partly on sidewalk, takes place on campus.
