The race.
The Trot for Trauma 5K takes place on August 22, 2026, at Thomas Bull Park in Montgomery, NY. Participants run or walk 3.1 miles on a community-supported course. Registration is $35 through August 16th, increasing to $40 starting August 17th. All proceeds benefit Nourish Non-Profit, which provides low-cost mental health services and PTSD support. The first 100 finishers receive a commemorative medal, and event t-shirts are available for purchase while supplies last.
