The race.
The Tuesdays In The Park Ice Cream 5K & Kids Fun Run takes place August 25, 2026, at Riverfront Park in Pottstown, PA. The 5K starts at 7:00 p.m. and the Kids Fun Run (1 mile) starts at 6:45 p.m. from the Schuylkill River Heritage Area parking lot at 140 College Drive. The 5K features age divisions from 12 and under through 80 and over, with awards given to overall winners and top-three finishers in each age group. All runners receive free ice cream sandwiches after the race, and runners 21 and over receive a free beer at The Iron Gate Biergarten, located three blocks away. The Kids Fun Run is free for children 10 and under; 5K registration is $22.50 in advance or $25.00 on race day.
